Initially formed in summer 2009, ATU began life as 4 good buddies who had all jammed with eachother in various stages of their lives stemming right back to being spotty teenagers in (drummer) Nick's garage!
With stacks of live performance and recording experience between them, the boys were all members of various Milton Keynes bands including 'Me Vs the Atlantic' 'Rumble Suite' and 'Run like Fun' - and after the demise of these bands - they decided it was time to hook back up with eachother and start up a fun new group - with the intent on taking MK and the music scene by storm.
Recording an E.P and playing a bunch of shows throughout the tail end of 2009, All Tied Up decided to take a 'short' break to re-fresh themselves, which lasted a little longer than expected!
Fast forward to summer 2012, and the boys are back - refreshed, determined , and wiser with a more rounded and polished sound!
ATU have just completed the production and recording of their DEBUT self released album 'back2basics' - SOON to be on ITunes, Amazon, HMV and more stores, and having started back on the live scene, recently shared the stage with Manchester heavyweights 'Sonic Boom Six' .
